CRESTON LOFTS
CRESTON LOFTS is a new mixed-use property nestled into the quaint but emerging Creston-Kennilworth neighborhood of SE Portland. The three buildings will house Studio, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom contemporary residential lofts as well as two street-level commercial tenants. Residential units feature modern conveniences such as in-unit laundry, gas ranges, dishwashers, heat and A/C.
CRESTON LOFTS was designed by award-winning, San Diego based architect Lloyd Russell.
CRESTON LOFTS was built by Deform, a Portland based design/build contractor.
